The Tilton Winter Farmers' Market opens this weekend (January 5-6) and is a two-day market open every weekend on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., January, February and March.
Shop from over 40 vendors on both days, listen to live music, sample great food, and enjoy face painting for the kids. This year, the market has more fruits and vegetables, including apples, greens, mushrooms, sprouts, tomatoes, garlic, and organics; plenty of locally produced foods, locally raised meats, eggs, dairy, cheese, homemade breads and pastries, soups, baked beans, gourmet popcorn, cider, local honey, granola, New Hampshire maple syrup, jams and jellies, chutney, vegan and gluten-free options, coffee and teas, wine and beer; body care products, herbal products, dog treats, seeds and seed starting supplies, information on sourcing local foods and products and information about composting worms. You will find all that you need to make healthy, satisfying and nutritious meals all winter long.
The market is indoors and handicapped-accessible, in a warm and inviting 12,000-square-foot building with plenty of parking. Find it right off of I-93, Exit 20, just a half mile west toward Tilton; an easy drive 18 minutes north of Concord.
Please support local New Hampshire farmers and food producers year-round.
