Food Processing Sanitation and Pest Management

1/19/2014

"Food Processing Sanitation and Pest Management: A Pest Manager's Recertification Workshop" is scheduled for February 4, 2014, at the RIT Inn & Conference Center in Rochester, N.Y.

The agenda was created to provide current technical information to enable food industry personnel and pest control applicators to improve their integrated pest management skills in food facilities. These are very delicate and special environments that require knowledgeable people dedicated to keeping them pest-free.

The registration fee for this one-day seminar is $125, which includes course notes, refreshment breaks and lunch. Preregistration is being accepted by fax or mail before January 29, 2014. Please make your check payable to Cornell University.

Recertification credits have been assigned from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
