Syracuse, New York, February 25-27

The 30th annual New York Farm Show, held at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, New York, Feb. 26-28, will feature more than hundreds of commercial exhibitors with innovative products and plenty of services on hand to fill six buildings.

The annual event will involve young people from 4-H, Future Farmers of America (FFA) and the Morrisville State College Agricultural Engineering Club. Members of the Oneida County 4-H Teen Council will greet attendees upon entrance.

Admission is $5 at the door; children under 18 are free. Tickets are also available for free from your Northeast Equipment Dealers or by writing to New York Farm Show, P.O. Box 3470, Syracuse, NY 13220. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request received by Feb. 15. Parking is free, and shuttle buses run all day to the show buildings. Directions to the New York Farm Show

Location: New York State Fairgrounds, 581 State Fair Boulevard, Syracuse, New York.

From the North: Take I-81 south from Watertown, New York, to I-690 west (Exit 23A-B), also known as the Bear Street west exit in Syracuse. Follow I-690 west about 1.7 miles to the Solvay exit (Exit 7) and the New York State Fairgrounds. Turn right onto State Fair Boulevard frontage road. Follow signs and parking attendant directions.

From the South: Take I-81 north from Binghamton, New York, to I-690 west (Baldwinsville Exit) in Syracuse. Follow I-690 west to the NY Route 297/Solvay exit (Exit 7). Follow the frontage road to State Fair Boulevard. Signs and attendants will direct you to parking.

From the East: Pick up I-90 (New York State Thruway) west, west of Albany, New York. At Syracuse, take the I-481 south exit (Exit 345A). Follow I-481 South to I-690 west (Exit 4). Follow I-690 west to the NY Route 297/Solvay exit (Exit 7). Follow the frontage road to State Fair Boulevard. Signs and attendants will direct you to parking.

From the West: Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) east from Buffalo, New York, to I-690 east (Exit 39). Follow I-690 east to NY Route 297 (Exit 7) towards New York State Fairgrounds. Follow signs and directions to parking.
