High Mowing Organic Seeds has announced that the company is recruiting candidates for multiple positions, as part of its continued growth strategy, which specifically focuses on product development, quality control and seed production.

In the past four years, High Mowing’s revenue has more than doubled, from 2.7 million in 2010 to 6 million in 2014. Since June of 2013, when the company hired a new general manager, the company has expanded its operations, hiring directors in sales, marketing, operations and accounting, and recently purchased a 255-acre farm in Hyde Park, VT to support the organization’s long-term goals. Full time employees grew from 44 in 2013 to 58 in 2015, making High Mowing one of the largest employers in the area.

Vermont Business Magazine recently acknowledged this growth, awarding the company the 5x5x5 Growth Award, which honors the achievements of the five fastest growing businesses in five categories over the last five years in Vermont. This marks the third year the company has received this business award.
