BioSafe Systems to Open Production Facility in Michigan
BioSafe Systems announced the addition of a new production site in Cold Water, Michigan. This location will allow BioSafe Systems to manufacture, house and ship all BioSafe Systems’ peroxyacetic acid chemistries, including all EPA registered and OMRI listed products as well as FDA intervention products which comply with FCN #1501 and #1554, for the Meat & Poultry marketplace. The facility is set to open in 2017 and will also serve as a hub for the pick-up and distribution of bulk peroxyacetic acid deliveries within the East and West North Central Divisions.

Sakata Seed America to Debut Top Varieties and Improved Spinach Disease Package
Sakata Seed America will display a new line-up of baby leaf spinach, C2-606, Seaside, Riverside, Lakeside and Oceanside, and will offer downy mildew Race 16 resistance at their annual California Spring Trials for seed distributors, growers and other customers on August 12. Sakata will also display Infinite Gold, their cantaloupe and tomatoes with umami flavor and new performers Millennium and Diamante.
